Derek’s family loves a good veggie tray. His sister always seemed to make a good dip to go along with her veggies, so I asked her for the recipe. She informed me that it was actually Aunt Opal’s recipe and that all her stuff is the best.
Honestly, I usually just eyeball everything, but these are the approximate measurements I used today.
- 1 C sour cream
- 3/4 C mayonaise
- 1/2 C fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp dried dill
- 1 tsp Bon Appetit seasoning salt
Mix it all together and it’s best if it sits in the fridge for just a little bit before serving.
